Topic: Microsoft Hyper-V in the Real World
A preview of our day long class in October. Cut past the hype and let’s talk about the real world design decisions you need to make when building your Hyper-V infrastructure. We won’t just prescribe the solution, but talk through the decisions and the pros and cons of the different options. The event will cover networking, storage, management and lessons learned.

Presenters Bio’s: Steve Evans and Nick Hawkins
Steve Evans is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), Pluralsight Author, and technical Speaker at various industry events. He has worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for over 14 years. Steve focuses on improving technology by bridging the gap between IT and Development teams.

Nick Hawkins works as a Systems Engineer in the Professional Services department at Groupware Technology, a local bay area VAR. His primary focus is integrating virtualization, messaging and storage solutions for SMB to Enterprise size businesses. Nick is a technology professional with 7 years of experience in a consulting role.
Nick is a MCTS in 2008R2 server Virtualization and Exchange 2010, CICA and CICE (Certified Infoblox Core Administration and Engineer v6), Data ONTAP Cluster-Mode Administrator (NetApp NCDA).
